Ummi Shabrina Damas is an artist describing family, home, wedding, celebration and daily life. The artist believes the origin of humanity comes from family-accumulation of social, cultural, economic aspects. Through her artwork the artist aims to challenge the viewer by expressing plausible scenarios indicating various subjects. Despite the seriousness, the artwork itself reminds of naïve art, with simple brush strokes and warm colors.
