윤병락은 1968년 경북 영천에서 태어나, 경북대 서양화과 및 동 대학원을 졸업했습니다. 지난 2010년 '윤병락 개인전'을 비롯해 대구, 서울, 오사카, 프랑스에서 30여회의 개인전을 열었습니다. 윤병락은 2005년부터 사과를 그리기 시작했으며, '진짜 사과보다 더 진짜 같은 사과 그림'으로 유명합니다. 작품의 시점은 위에서 아래를 내려다보는 형식으로, 박스에 담긴 사과가 금방이라도 손에 잡힐 것처럼 느껴지며, 실재를 더 실재처럼, 사과를 더 사과처럼 만드는 효과를 가져옵니다.

Yoon Byunrock was born in 1968 in Yeongcheon, Kyeong-buk province, South Korea. After graduating from Kyeong-buk University of arts, the artist has had over 30 solo exhibition in Daegu, Seoul, Osaka, and France. The artist is known to paint real-like apples, since he began to paint them in 2005. The perspective of the artwork makes the audience feel as if they are glancing over the box of apples, questioning the difference between the real and the perceived image of an object.
